Anthony Rucker is the Founder and Principal of Rucker Insights (RI). He leads all practices within RI. Anthony received his undergraduate education from DePaul University in business strategy, economic history, consumer behavior, mathematics, and computer science. He started his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch nearly a decade ago, and he has since built a career as a thinker across the United States and internationally at firms like Google, Lovat Parks, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Lockheed Martin, BMO, and Parts Town. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) with nearly a decade of project management and leadership experience, Anthony specializes in analyzing firm objectives and marrying them with solutions that strike at core issues affecting firms’ bottom lines. Anthony led BLK Capital Management as Chief of Partnerships, growing its Equity Analyst class from less than 50 to more than 200 Analysts. From 2020 to 2021, Anthony led Alpha Phi Alpha as a voting member of its Board of Directors and the Regional Assistant Vice President of the Midwestern region, leading a team of more than 100 people across 15 divisions.
